Curing Period
- Do not roll down windows for at least 3-5 days after installation. Timing can vary by weather and film type.
- Haziness, small bubbles, or moisture pockets can be normal and often disappear as the film cures.
- Avoid cleaning the inside of the windows during the curing period.
Cleaning Guidelines
- After curing, clean with ammonia-free glass cleaner and a soft microfiber cloth.
- Avoid abrasive sponges, paper towels, blades, or harsh chemicals.
- Use gentle, straight strokes and be careful near film edges.
What to Avoid
- No ammonia-based cleaners. They can degrade adhesive and discolor the film.
- Avoid sharp objects, stickers, and suction cups on tinted glass.
- Do not attempt to peel or reapply tint edges yourself. Contact a professional if the film is damaged.
Long-Term Maintenance
- Clean windows every 2-3 weeks depending on driving conditions.
- Keep interior plastics and dash areas clean because grime can scratch tint when windows move.
- Parking in shade or indoors helps reduce UV degradation and extend clarity.
